Autoignition Temperature Tester
Autoignition Temperature Tester
MT-AT505
The Autoignition Temperature Tester is designed to determine the autoignition temperature of operating oils and fire-resistant hydraulic oils under controlled laboratory conditions. The instrument is developed according to DL/T 706 – Test Method for Autoignition Temperature of Fire-Resistant Fluids Used in Power Plants.
Introduction
The autoignition temperature refers to the lowest temperature at which an oil sample ignites spontaneously in air without an external ignition source. This parameter is an important safety indicator for fire-resistant oils used in power generation systems, especially in turbine control systems and hydraulic systems where fire safety is critical.
The Autoignition Temperature Tester heats the oil sample in a standard flask under controlled temperature conditions until spontaneous ignition occurs. By accurately controlling the temperature rise and monitoring the ignition behavior, the instrument determines the minimum temperature at which combustion occurs.
The tester features high-precision intelligent temperature control and uniform heating, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results. A three-point temperature monitoring system measures the temperature at the bottom center, middle sidewall, and upper part of the flask, ensuring minimal temperature difference and high measurement accuracy.
This instrument is widely used in power plants, petroleum laboratories, hydraulic fluid testing laboratories, and research institutions.
