ASTM D611 Petroleum Aniline Point Tester
ASTM D611 Petroleum Aniline Point Tester
MT-AP907
The Automatic Aniline Point Tester is designed to determine the aniline point of petroleum products and hydrocarbon solvents. The instrument complies with ASTM D611 and GB/T 262 – Standard Test Method for Aniline Point and Mixed Aniline Point of Petroleum Products and Hydrocarbon Solvents.
Introduction
The aniline point is defined as the minimum temperature at which equal volumes of aniline and petroleum sample are completely miscible. It is widely used as an indicator of the aromatic hydrocarbon content in petroleum products. Oils with lower aniline points generally contain higher aromatic content, while higher aniline points indicate higher paraffinic content.
This fully automatic Aniline Point Tester integrates microprocessor temperature control, optical detection technology, and intelligent cloud-point recognition, enabling accurate determination of the turbidity point during the aniline point test. The instrument supports testing of both transparent and opaque samples, providing reliable results for petroleum laboratories.
With automated detection, data storage, and advanced temperature control, the instrument offers high precision, stable operation, and efficient laboratory testing for petroleum product analysis.
