The ASTM D892 Lubricating Oil Foam Characteristics Analyzer with dual-bath is designed to determine the foaming tendency and foam stability of lubricating oils in accordance with ASTM D892 and GB/T 12579.
Introduction
Foam formation in lubricating oils can reduce lubrication efficiency, accelerate oxidation, and cause operational problems in mechanical systems. Therefore, evaluating the foaming characteristics of lubricants is an important part of lubricant quality control.
