The Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Analyzer is designed for evaluating the electrical insulation performance of insulating oils used in power equipment. The instrument is manufactured in accordance with ASTM D877, GB/T 507 and DL 429.9 standards.
Introduction
Breakdown voltage testing is one of the most important methods for assessing the dielectric integrity of insulating liquids. Contaminants such as moisture, suspended particles, or aging products can significantly reduce the insulating capability of transformer oil and other insulating fluids.
This Oil Breakdown Voltage Analyzer uses a microprocessor-based control system to perform automatic breakdown voltage testing of insulating oils. The system automatically executes voltage ramping, oil agitation, resting periods, breakdown detection, and result calculation, ensuring stable and repeatable measurements.
