Introduction
The MT-MC805 Karl Fischer Moisture Tester is designed for high-precision determination of water content across a wide range of applications. Utilizing Karl Fischer coulometric technology, the instrument enables rapid moisture analysis in liquid, solid, and gas samples, covering trace to high moisture levels from 1 ppm (0.0001%) up to 100%.

Test Principle
This Karl Fischer moisture tester is based on the coulometric titration principle, in which iodine is generated electrochemically and reacts stoichiometrically with water in the sample. The total electrical charge required to generate the iodine corresponds directly to the amount of water present. By precisely measuring this charge, the analyzer determines the moisture content with high accuracy and excellent repeatability.
